Each customer is unique, buys different products and different quantities, this is why business customers enjoy a dedicated account manager who tailors the account to suit the customer, this may include discount prices, stock holding, contracts etc

Will you beat your competitors price?

Unlike some companies we do not put a "within a 20 mile radius" condition, however we cannot promise to beat every price. If a customer does manage to find a lower price for an equivalent product we will do our utmost to beat the price by a further 10%. We will need proof of the price, this may include a written quotation from the competitor being faxed to us or an internet link to the competitors price
